Got home from work this lovely Saturday afternoon and turned on MSNBC, my favourite cable news network. Brian Williams is talking to Governor Sarah Palin and Senator John McCain about terrorists. Since they keep bringing up that word at every turn, Brian Williams asked them what their definition of a terrorist is. Funny by their definition Thomas Jefferson and George Washington were terrorists. They violated British law and were fomenting to bring down the government. If you look up The Boston Tea Party in Wikipedia you find that the colonists were a right bunch of terrorists. Not liking the tea tax they dumped all the tea in Boston Harbour. I dare say if any colonists today dumped all the tea from the Lipton tea company in Boston Harbour they would just be jailed. I think I can just sum it up, they haven't a clue as to what they are talking about. End of story.
Back to the lovely fall day here in the Midwest. Beautiful fall day, about 66 degrees Fahrenheit nice morning drive to work. Ah, more rules are on the way at work. Many of my coworkers are jumping the ship so to speak, looking for jobs elsewhere. The rules I talked about in previous posts are being expanded. Fun. Think I will take a nap before evening.
